Replace Policy
> If you have a size issue with your product, you can easily contact us on WhatsApp and your product will be replaced within 2 days.
Products are acceptable for replace only if:
The item is unused and in its original condition. All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact
Return Policy
>If your product arrives damaged, please record a video while opening the parcel and share it with us on WhatsApp. Your return will be processed easily and your payment will be refunded within 3 to 4 days.
Important Notice: Replace & Return Process
If you have a size issue or receive a damaged product, please keep the parcel with you ā do not return it to the rider who delivered it. A second rider will come within 2 days to deliver your new parcel and collect the old one. We also kindly request that you take a picture of the product when handing it over to the rider and share it with us.
